A (leopard print/black lace) wireless, non padded bra from Hanky Panky came with the postman today, and helped me forget about my sore head for a while. I am simply In love with all their soft bralettes. Go and check 'em out, and don't forget to tell your man about it in time for the upcoming Valentine's.

A humble & heartfelt Thank You!

WOW! So many comments, you have no idea how touching it is to see all your kind words and well wishes - I sincerely thank each and everyone of you!

I have returned from the hospital in one piece. Well almost... It was one of the toughest ordeals I have had to go through, mentally and physically very draining.

One of the tests I took is called Lumbar Puncture (to diagnose brain and spinal cord disorders), and unfortunately for some, (me included), the effect of taking fluid from your spine means you can get a severe headache for nearly 2 weeks afterwards That is exactly what I am experiencing now and the only way to get through this is by laying down, barely able to raise my head or it feels like it's exploding :-(

As you can imagine with a very active 3 year old at home, this is not the easiest of tasks. Therefore my Mum has flown in from Sweden, like a modern day Florence Nightingale to help out. My gratitude to her is endless as she is cooking, cleaning, dropping Sean off and picking him up at nursery, grocery shopping and last but not least practising one of her many skills, reflexology, on me.

The good news is that we have eliminated many illnesses including MS and other serious neurological disorders.
We are still waiting for more test results to come back, but as of right now, my doctor has narrowed my symptoms down to a muscle disorder which we are trying to cure with different medicine, and my cocktail of drugs each night contains of nearly 15 pills. However, I don't mind taking meds as long as I never have to be separated from my family again!

Here are a few things I've learnt as an in patient at the hospital:

- Basic health is something most of us take for granted - we should never do so!!

- Nothing can replace the love and support of family and friends

- Humour is the best medicine

- Last but not least; whenever you feel that your life is not good - remember there are so many worse off

Our Doctors and nurses are doing a fantastic job in difficult circumstances and often long hours (my thanks to the wonderful team at the National Hospital of Neurology)

This large scanner (MRI) used magnetic fields and radio waves to produce a very detailed image of the inside of my body, incl my spine, neck and brain

Admitted to hospital

After having tests done (EMG & nerve conduction studies) and seeing a neurologist on Friday, he decided I need to be admitted to hospital for a few days in order to take more tests. Uncertainty and fear are both understatements of how I am feeling as I am packing my hospital bag, about to leave my boys for a few nights.

Will update once I know more, but in the meantime, here is a little info about where I'm going:

"The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN), Queen Square, is the UK's largest dedicated neurological and neurosurgical hospital. Celebrating 150 years this year, it provides comprehensive services for the diagnosis, treatment and care of all conditions that affect the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nervous system and muscles. Services include specialist neurosurgery, a brain tumour unit, the Hyper-acute Stroke Unit (HASU), an acute brain injury unit, the National Prion Clinic, a pioneering neuro-rehabilitation unit, the UK's first interventional MRI scanner, the largest specialised neurosurgical ITU and the only neuromedical ITU in the country. Together with its neighbour, the Institute of Neurology, it is a major international centre for research and training"

This afternoon I took Sean on an adventure and showed up unannounced at Bear's office. He soon made himself at home at Daddy's desk!

Daddy was able to sneak out of the office early (well he is the boss after all!lol), and treated me to a glass of champs and Sean to his favourite apple juice.

As the sun was going down over the City, the views from Coq d'Argent were spectacular

From where we were sat on the roof terrace, you could see Tower 42, The Shard (tallest building in Europe now), and the iconic Gherkin!

DIY

BEFORE:

Very girly shoes (there was nothing even remotely close to these in the boys' section!) with silky laces and a bow on the back. Not an option for my Seany!

AFTER:

I really fell for these tweedy and wintry looking shoes, Converse style, with a soft fluffy inner lining.
I just swapped the laces with black textile ones and removed the bow. And voilà - now I have a pair of trendy (will look so cool with his black biker leather jacket) shoes that will keep my little fella's feet not only warm but stylish! Oh, and I paid only £3.00 - now that's what I call a bargain!

Today was spent at leisure at Stoke Park, where we also had a gorgeous lunch (grilled cod wrapped in parma ham with sweet potatoes, spinach and saffron). It's so good for both the body and soul to get out of the city from time to time!

On our day trip to Berkshire, where we looked for potential houses for my Mum to buy, we stopped at the French Horn for a bite to eat (where incidentally Bear and I went to celebrate my birthday and to spend the night, just prior to me finding out I was pregnant) but was disappointed to find it was closed...

...So instead we ended up in a lot less posh place, an American diner where we had tasty burgers

We weren't successful finding the right place for Mum this time, but have all agreed on the beautiful area of Caversham and surroundings, for a house purchase, should she decide to do the big move to the UK.

Urge to gamble & increased sexual desire!

I am currently taking new meds for my Restless Leg Syndrome, that is originally prescribed for patients with Parkinsson, and only today I noticed something peculiar on the info leaflet.

Today I am on my fourth day on Requip Ropinrole for my RLS (the previous one I took for nearly 2 months called Gabapentin for epilepsy, didn't help at all), and so far I haven't yet seen any improvements, so for the first time I decided to have a look at the information leaflet to see if perhaps it takes a while for it to kick in. To my surprise I read the following (too good not to be shared!):

" Some people taking Requip have had a compulsive urge to gamble. If you or your family notice that you feel an unusual urge to gamble or increased sexual desire urges, talk to your doctor"

Hubby - you have been warned! LOL

Yesterday I went to the Scandinavian Kitchen and stocked up on some booze including traditional Swedish mulled wine and another three bottles of my personal favourites, that are laced with the finest Rom and 21% alcohol by volume. Serve it steaming hot in small cups with raisins and almonds, and if that doesn't get you in the Christmas spirit - I don't know what will! :-)

…I am grateful for… that my GP have finally taken my restless leg syndrome and sleeping problems seriously and have now prescribed proper sleeping tablets (as well as the RLS medication)

Woke up really jolly today after a second good night's sleep in a row, so not sure why I'm looking sad in this pic lol! With only 4 degrees outside in London, we wrapped up warm and then we dropped Sean off at nursery together. Now we're enjoying a cooked breakfast at our local gastro pub, The Portman, and it's the first time in months weather doesn't allow us to sit outside. Really love my Wednesday mornings together with hubby, when everyone else is at work.. It's the little things, isn't it? :-)

Ive done it again, bought the same style (in this case Ralph Lauren cardigan) in different colours. But I think you just can't go wrong with such a timeless piece of clothing that works well during all seasons. I will team it with a pair of jeans and platform ankle boots, or simply with leggings and flat riding boots.

Feel good Friday

Hello from Claridge's! Tonight me and my boys are enjoying a night here in the hotel. Me and Bear stayed here for our wedding night and are back to the "scene of the crime" (lol), but to have our beautiful boy, Sean, with us this time (as he missed out last time).

Tonight it's all about FQT (family quality time) - and boy will we enjoy this enormous suite and all the facilities this iconic London hotel has to offer... - simply stunning!

Reunion

As neither of our boys were going to nursery today, Viv and I took them to the Science Museum in South Kensington

They hadn't seen each other for over a month, but got right back in to business as soon as they met :-)

In the basement there are lots of interactive stuff including a large steel and glass waterway with mini boats etc.

Educational trips out doesn't have to be in libraries or boring art galleries :-)

The best of it all; the museum itself is free (not the Imax and simulator if you chose them)!

We then walked home along the Serpentine lake

Broken collar bone

Bear took this sneaky sleeping pic of me and my brave little trooper in his sling, both knackered after hours spent at the Accident & Emergency yesterday

My little poor baba broke his collar bone over the weekend. Nor Bear or I saw when he fell down the stairs, but I knew instantly that there was cause for concern and that he was properly injured, from the way he screamed out his pain, and at hospital they confirmed just that.

Apparently the collar bone (nyckelben in Swedish) is the most frequently fractured bone in children and they are prone to break them because they don't completely harden until adult hood. Having said that, it's very hard to watch your child being in pain and to feel helpless.

He will wear a sling for the next 3 weeks or so, and thankfully it should heal on its own with no specific therapy. We will have to make sure he limits his activities but it's a seriously tough job trying to keep a three year old from playing. So far bribery is working well and he sits still in the sofa as long as he get's to play with the ipad :-)

I'm now off to meet my baby brother Erik. I am taking him only around the corner from us, for Champagne Afternoon Tea at the lovely boutique hotel The Arch, to celebrate him turning 24 tomorrow - awww bless, so much younger than I (eleven years to be precise), but so much more focused and mature LOL!

Tomorrow evening we are invited to our friends' firework party and on Sunday we will be going to the Independent Schools Show, to try and find the best school possible for Sean.

Super sushi

Today Sean and I and met up with my very dear friend Viv, seen here in her very nice silver coloured Hunter boots :-)

We went to our favourite lunch spot Itsu in Notting Hill which is their very trendy flagship restaurant (much different to all the other small Itsu's around London) with a very good selection of low carb dishes should you not want the rolls with rice etc..

It's so good to introduce the little one's to this very light and nutritious food, and here is some of what we ordered:

This morning Bear and I had our usual breakfast at The Portman, only today he was interrupted half way through by BBC Radio who did a live interview with him over the phone regarding bankers against the Archbishop of Canterbury and the protesters outside St Paul's Cathedral. Proud of my man to say the least! :-)

On Saturday we met up with David and Andrea, the couple we met in the Maldives (and their 19 month old son - who actually shares Bear’s birthday and was born in the Lindo Wing, just as Sean *coincidence*), at Shoreditch House for some lunch and vino.
As it's a private members club, they do not allow anyone to take photos - despite that I managed to get some sneaky snaps
The club is over several floors (with ten pin bowling, spa, a gym and even a creche were you can leave your little ones whilst you eat - which we of course took advantage of!). We ended up in the rooftop restaurant which has incredible views over the capital on to the heated outdoor pool, and all in all it was a great catch up in a lovely venue.

The sun is shining over the capital today!

1. Today I feel... optimistic and full of life with the gorgeous Autumn weather outside

2. This morning... I had two toasted slices of low GI bread with mashed avocado and salt + pepper, my gf Sara visited me with some beautiful uplifting news and gave me a gorgeous frame, shabby chic-style, as my wedding gift, dropped off loads of clothes at the dry cleaners as a result of a clear out yesterday, and Mum and I have dusted hovered and mopped the whole flat!

3. This week... I went to the doctor’s yet again, for my restless leg syndrome, and was finally prescribed some medication (that originally is for epilepsy but have tested well with RLS patients) - so I am feeling very hopeful now :-)

4. Last night... I prepared a chili for dinner for Bear, Mum and I and then we watch the video recordings by our camcorder from our honeymoon

5. Currently enjoying... being a wife - it’s invigorating!

6. This weekend I plan to..?
- Have lunch today with Viv at Soho House Brasserie in Chiswick
- Enjoy an intimate cosy cuddly evening tonight with my husband as Mum goes to stay with my brother for a couple of days
- Visit the salon for a blowdry
- Go to a trendy bar/restaurant in Sloane Square on Saturday evening to meet with a couple of Swedish girls, Susie and Anna, for some girly chit chat and vino.
- Sunday is family quality time and will be spent at leisure at our country club Stoke Park.

Having fully recharged my batteries in the Maldives, I have so much energy right now and am putting it to good use with some DIY painting to freshen up our kitchen table today. The dark wooden previous colour have been torturing me for quite some time, so I am very excited to see the end result!

About to sample the delights of 'Raw' - pure, organic, natural, additive free, super healthy fine dining cuisine at its very best - Feeling hungry? Mmmm.....

A little drink (alcohol free of course *wink*!) before lunch to stay hydrated

Cambodian style raw vegetable curry, cauliflower couscous & curry leaf sambal

Here I'm about to tuck in to my Beetroot and green tomato soup with goats cheese and pickled beetroot - absolutely divine

Trio of shaved cabbages, toasted linseed, Asian betel leaves and sweet sesame vinaigrette

No refined white flour or sugar - all great uber healthy nutritious super foods - I wish we had somewhere like this in London (the views from the table would be an added bonus! lol)

Pizza Raw style! Tuna sashimi on crunchy seeweed, dehydrated dough, Jalapenos, baby sprouts & anchovy aioli

Leaving a restaurant after a four course meal without a bloated stomach is a great feeling

Maldivian honeymoon, part 3

The island was conveniently located only 25 mins by speed boat from the airport in Male

Looking out at the coral reef was a favourite pastime

Sharing a luxurious champagne jacuzzi bath overlooking the ocean - the height of decadence

Heading for a follow up visit to the spa - "Lime"

Taking a break from the sun in the well appointed and air conditioned library and movie theatre (called The Lair) - a great selection of books, DVDs and magazines - and several Apple Macs with hi speed internet.

Bear enjoying a drink with the resort manager as we wait for the chef to prepare a wonderful multi course barbeque

This place encouraged peace and tranquility

The resort really shimmered in the afternoon sunshine

Naturally serene surroundings

The sound of the waves gently rolling in was a beautiful and romantic backdrop

To say it was a stylish getaway is an understatement

A glass of freshly squeezed juicy of the day was mandatory every morning

We met a lovely couple of fellow newlywed Londoners, David and Andrea, and here we are enjoying several drinks and later we boogied to music played by the guest DJ Poet Name Life (official DJ to Black Eyed Peas The END world tour)

Suffice to say we all got on like a house on fire, and we look forward to meeting up with them back home

Bear took the opportunity to enrol on a PADI scuba diving course and loved the experience and being up close to the amazing marine life

We both had to prepare mentally for the inevitable return home

We really had such good fun and laughed a lot..

An exotic breakfast to be followed by an invigorating swim in the ocean was a great way to start the day

We still found time for our caffeine fix

A warm sea breeze as we are enjoying a cool cucumber gazpacho

I managed to avoid the temptations of the beautiful jewellery on sale at the boutique store (still in love with my shiny new rock on my wedding finger!)

We enjoyed several distinctively dirrerent gastronomic experiences - here at the fine dining restaurant called Salt...

... where we shared the biggest seafood platter ever - so much lobster, crab, prawns, reef fish, calamari, scallops, mussels - it was heavenly and of course we cleared the plate!

Bear with the yoga master by the beach for an hour long session as the sun was setting - serene.

Jet Ski was another one of the activities we tried - and boy was it fun! (Bear let me drive for a short time before he took over again!)

Our large bungalow made us feel protected and invincible with ultimate privacy

We truly loved the Maldives and hope to return again one day in the not too distant future :-)

Lime - the world's first underwater spa

Once given disposable underwear, slippers and a robe we were seated in the waiting area, where they stylishly had a SMEG fridge full of cold rolled up face towels and bottles of water

The entrance view as you come in to the underwater spa. After the treatment we got to lay down in this cube where they then closed the curtains for privacy

The breathtaking underwater treatment room had us connecting so close to nature

We opted for a couples 90 minute full body and head massage which was heavenly

When we were finished we filled in the guest book with our names and a message for other newly weds or couples to read

We have a freshwater plunge pool, a dining area with glass floor to watch the azure waters below, a sunbathing terrace, a plasma screen TV with Bose surround sound system with speakers throughout (even outdoors on the deck!), a Bang & Olufsen cordless phone, an ipod docking system with an ipod that comes with 11 000 chilled out songs Cafe Del Mar style, high speed wireless internet connection, an oversized unbelievably comfy bed with plush pillows and 300 count Egyptian cotton bedding as well as a Nespresso coffee machine which is stocked up with a huge selection of coffee capsules everyday.

I have settled into Maldives island life quite well...

We have really enjoyed our first week as a married couple and can't stop calling each other wifey and hubby! :-)

Our private sunbathing terrace is on three tiers of wooden decks

The staff ratio here is as many as four to each guest, so we are being looked after so well

The pristine water is very inviting as it's roughly 26 degrees

It's the ultimate retreat for pure relaxation and indulgence

It took a day or two for us to start unwinding from city life - but now we are now really exhaling and de-stressing

comfort levels definately surpass all 5 star ratings

The sun and it's vitamin D is such an energy booster, but I am very careful to put SPF 50 twice a day on my face

Walking back to our bungalow, located furthest away from the main island which offers maximum privacy

The evenings are warm as the temperature barely drops, and I like to keep cool with an ice cold Long Island Ice Tea

Fresh fish and other food served every evening is cooked however you want it

Powdery white sand perfection

The days are mainly spent resting and reading or simply dozing in the shade

This elegant island is for those who appreciate sun, sea, sand and nature

Gratitude is the overwhelming feeling when staying on this paradise island

We are surrounded by picture postcard-like scenery

So calming and relaxing sitting by the infinity pool

Our ocean bungalow is aptly named as it looks toward the vast Indian Ocean for miles

We have our own personal butler (or Thakru) who comes to pick us up with a buggy anytime we want to take us wherever we want around the island

Champagne in the jacuzzi is a must

Coming out of the ocean after snorkelling, as it's starting to get dark

Hanging out in the hammock tied to lush swaying palm trees

Happiness is dipping your toes in shades of blue and green that paint the waters

I definitely believe iPads should be encased, for the main reason; its price tag! This case (as opposed to the sleeve) folds over, so you can use it as a viewing stand too, and will look fab as you sip your champs on holiday in the South of France (or the Maldives for that matter) LOL!

Big bunch of lilies fills our living room with a gorgeous and happy scent this weekend!

TODAY I am feeling happy! It’s Friday, I had fairly good night’s sleep, the weather is beautiful, I am going to get MARRIED in exactly two weeks and the tickets for our honeymoon has just arrived! It suddenly dawned on me that this is REAL, it’s actually happening and boy am I looking forward to my BIG DAY!

De-clutter my wardrobe in prep for Autumn

Choosing which clutch to wear at the wedding. It’s between a white YSL or Prada.

Having a baby sitter over to get introduced to Sean and play with him for a couple of hour whilst we are still at home. This is what you call the “settling” period when you first get a babysitter, as opposed to just leave your child alone with an unknown person.

Earlier this morning we went for breakfast at my favourite cafe, Entre Nous on York Street, W1> They serve the most yummy and fresh salads you can get in Marylebone!

What's the most romantic spot in London?  In the Avenue Gardens (in Regents Park)
There are water fountains and so many unusual trees and flowers and its constantly replanted throughout the year. And in the early Spring the whole area is filled with cherry blossom.

What would you do if you were Mayor for a day?  Extend cycle lanes and build new safe ones

If I could change anything about myself I’d… have more patience. It would help me a great deal in my attempt of trying to become the best mum I can possibly be.

My partner laughs at me.. As I always prepare and put a carton of long life milk before we travel anywhere, so that I can make myself a milky cup of tea first thing on our return

What are your favourite home comforts? Our perfectly soft Hungarian goose down pillows and our bed which has an integrated flat screen TV that retracts in to the bottom of bed frame at the touch of a button in just a few seconds.

The most expensive thing I’ve ever frittered money on is... when I was a singleton and turned 30, I celebrated and splashed out on a first class ticket with Virgin Atlantic (where they actually call it "Upper Class") to Miami, which could have bought me at least three if not four designer handbags– but yes, it was worth it if you want to know! LOL

My greatest weakness is... Swedish crisps undoubtedly rose champagne

Which London shops do you rely on?  Starbucks at the bottom of my street, Waitrose for my groceries and Selfridges for anything else.

Not a lot of people know this but I’m very good at... geography and pointing out countries and their capitals.

The best day of my life… was becoming a mum. It’s my proudest moment ever!

My “happy place” is... In Sweden on my Mums hammock chair on her wooden deck terrace

When I'm feeling down I...shop for me or for my son, or listen to music

My favourite place in Britain is: Loch Lomond in Scotland - it’s where Bear and I first travelled to together, and it’s breathtakingly beautiful and so romantic

The best thing my parents ever taught me: is being grateful, and good manners. People always used to say to me growing up that I’m very polite.

Favourite pub in London: The Grazing Goat. Perfectly located behind oxford street, AND with crawling distance home. They do great burgers and insanely good espresso martinis, perfect after spending the day shopping in town.

Not much of a tan left from our Turkey holiday - although it shall be topped up on our upcoming honeymoon in warmer latitudes! :-)

Good Morning! Can I just say that I was overwhelmed by the amount of lovely messages I have received here on the blog over the weekend. It really brought a smile to my face (and Bear's, as we read them together). I was also amazed to see comments from so many "new" readers - thank you for introducing yourselves! :-)
Well, with only three(!) weeks away until we become husband and wife, preparations are in full effect already!

I can only imagine the stress brought upon you on your big day, so therefore I have now booked an hour's massage for my Mum and I, on the morning of the wedding.

Massage is just one of those things that is incredibly good for the soul. And body too of course! It melts away all sorts of tension and there are so many other benefits too, as it helps relieving pain, it releases endorphins which makes you feel happy, it improves circulation and reduces stress. You simply can't go wrong with a massage!

I have booked one hour's Thai massage to relieve stress on the day of our wedding, at the Lemongrass Boutique Spa, only down the road from me.

It's official - we are engaged to get married!

Bear and I have been together almost 5 years now and on Friday evening the took me out for a *special night*

We went to Michelin starred Galvins, on the 28th floor at The Hilton Park Lane - my beef was amazing - the most succulent and tasty I have ever had

Bear chose Brill with mussels

And then... Bear presented me with this huge(!) and so so beautiful vintage looking (just what I wanted) cushion-cut diamond, surrounded by bead-set diamonds, and 'popped the question.'!

It is the perfect ring and I am over the moon

The setting, meal and whole evening was just right, against the backdrop of the London skyline

And of course, my favourite - rose champagne helped with our celebrations

Lovely touch from the chef and staff at the restaurant - now we are looking forward to our Big Day and becoming a married couple on the 30th of September! :-)

I am currently in love with my new handbag hook. This pretty little thing has made my life a lot easier lol, and I really recommend all women to own one

I bought it in Aspinal of London and it came wrapped up in a pretty package

You simply place the hook on the edge of a table when you are out in a cafe or restaurant to avoid getting your favourite handbag (here in my case the Prada Zaffiano Luxe) dirty underneath :-)

Autumn Glory - RE POST

Good Morning!

It's become something of an annual occurrence to repost this old blogpost that I did way back. And as we woke up to a cold windy and rainy morning, I thought yep, Summer is definitely over and the seasons are changing again,. I love living in a climate that experiences noticeable changes in the seasons every few months and visually, Autumn is no doubt my most favorite season

So here it is yet again, with a few additions:

WHY DO I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR?

Although London is always full of tourists, the major crowds seems to die down, the city seems a little quieter and less busy, so it's the perfect time to enjoy the last few days of the caffs' and restaurants' outside seatings, breathe in the crisp autumn air and watch the leaves in Hyde Park go from green to yellow and red.

The brilliant display of colours and the way the leaves fall and gently blow in the wind seems so peaceful relaxing

I enjoy the perfect medium (Swedes, read: "lagom") between freezing and hot; cool

Soups - I could live on soups. and a crusty newly baked bread or baguette from nearby french bakery, PAUL

A nice cup of spicy Chai latte, while curled up with Bear and Sean on the sofa with our cosy blanket after a long day

being able to curl up in a warm sweater without boiling, and with a good book in one hand and a hot cup of chocolate in the other

my morning jog is more of a pleasure in the crisp Autumn air

Socks and slippers - a proper excuse to wear one of all my silly pairs of slippers/UGG-type shoes. As soon as the nights get colder and temperatures drop, I pull out my favourites including my comfy PJ's (Primark is great for those!), and matching slippers and socks. So cozy! :-)

Boots - You can simply never have enough pairs of boots. Hunter wellies, soft and supple ones that goes with anything, over the knee boots, or a pair of stylish riding boots. Boots are a must in Autumn!

The evenings that are chilly enough to light lots of candles everywhere (but not cold enough to put on the central heating).

Sleeping with the windows open and laying in some mornings with Bear, snuggling under a few duvets

I can't wait to jump through puddles and leaves with Sean, who this time last year was not yet walking

Romance - for some reason, Autumn seem to remind me of blossoming love (new romance for the singletons), and getting a taste of that romantic bug, have a weekend break in a country side hotel with a log fire etc.

Wardrobe changes - I really enjoy bringing out the neutral colours and then of course the layering. I LOVE layering. B'friend - cardigans, light sweaters and v-neck jumpers, big woolly or cashmere scarves etc. Luv it all!

2. Right now I am wearing... my new silk blouse with ruffles on the sleeves that I got from Phase Eight yesterday + old denim mini shorts
3. Last night... I made a chilli con carne for dinner with a salad for Bear and I and did a Moroccan Oil treatment mask for my hair
4. Currently I want, but hesitating... to book myself in for an eyelash extension as procedure takes 2 hours
5. Last film I saw and enjoyed? From Paris with love with John Travolta
6. Thought for the day ? I am so ready to take on this weekend which promises 25 degrees here in the capital, whoopee!
7. Current favourite snack: Atkins Advantage Chocolate Brownie Bar with 18g protein and 1.1g sugar

8.Song that I keep listening to over and over again: "Moves like Jagger", see below
9. Currently I spend too much time... browsing new suitable apps for the ipad that suits Sean
