Sean 10 years!

Sean's choice of cake from Lola's Cupcakes - Im not usually a fan of bday cakes but this one was something special!
Clockwise from L to R: Alex, Nick, Ali, Mikail, Ray, Karl and Jun

The birthday party with his best mates was held at Oxygen  - a huge trampoline park where we rented a room with food and goodie bags after the 1 hour jumping slot
We wrapped up the afternoon back at ours where everyone was playing Fortnite and had more cake.
The birthday breakfast consisted of Oreos, hot chocolate with marshmallows and Frosties - sugar overload indeed!
The uncles helping Sean setting up his brand spanking new laptop - a gift from mummy and daddy.

In the evening the whole family gathered, we ordered take away, and as I do every year I marvelled at what a gift it is to be his mother.
Welcome to double digits darling Sean!

 - you're officially so big now and I couldn’t be more proud of the boy you are. Thank you showing so much kindness and for being so generous with your cuddles and ‘I love yous’.

Mamma loves you immeasurably ♡

In Bruges

Last weekend in Bruges did not disappoint!

The cobbled streets,  bridges, cathedrals, canals and stunning medieval buildings. So beautiful that it’s almost too good to be true - Like Disneyland but real haha! We stayed in a beautiful hotel in their royal exe canal view room (deffo want same room for next trip) bang in the centre.

We met up with local Belgian friends who we have befriended in Courchevel, went to a football game with Brugge playing, visited the famous Christmas market and drank mulled wine and beer in canal side bars.

An added bonus was the  3 hour Eurostar trip  (with a change in Brussels) - which definitely makes it a great weekend destination!
