48 hours of fun in the country-side

 

With my Mum babysitting the kids, we enjoyed a "wedding mini-break" with two nights stay in the beautiful county Surrey, as our friends Kat and Tim got married :-)

New arrivals!

Yesterday we had two new arrivals, the Stokke Crusi seat unit (very sad to let go of the carrycot but it's simply not convenient any longer now that Scarlett Grace can sit unassisted), and my Mum who is over for a couple of weeks (yay!).

Midweek quality time

Wednesday morning 8am.  Table for four. Breakfast in a Mayfair courtyard. Family.  Midweek quality time.  Say no more.

Delightful evening yet again at Montpeliano on Friday! It's got attentive service with fresh and authentic Italian food (excellent veal Milanese!), as well as being very child friendly :-)

Happy Friday, luxury lingerie & Domaines OTT

Last night Bear came home with a gorgeous little number from my favourite lingerie shop, Myla - I love it when he chooses things himself and doesn't rely on my hints ;-)

And now we've popped open a bottle of a very special rose wine -  then the family, kids and all, are jumping in a taxi and heading over to Knightsbridge for some Italian food at Montpeliano

Six months today ♥

 Half a year has gone by since the day Scarlett Grace was born.. 

That just proves how time flies, and how important it is to make everyday count. I've said it before, and I'll say it again; I am forever grateful to be a stay-at-home full time Mum!

Last school night

This boy makes me so happy!

Tomorrow Sean breaks up from school as it's end of term. He's not due to start Year 1 until 10th of September, which means two whole months of no school runs! 

Will definitely carry on sticking to a bed time routine although a little later (45 minutes to an hour) than usual. Also considering to put him in play-scheme, that his school arranges during Summer, for one day a week or else I think he will start feeling like a caged tiger here at home with me and his sister!

First laughter captured!

By pure luck today, I had my phone ready to capture Scarlett Grace's real first laughter, three days before she turns 6 months.
My oh my, I've been waiting for this! Must have watched it at least twenty times, and each time my heart melts!

Our new coffe table

Our stunning new trunk coffee table (with legs, which is fairly unusual as most trunk tables doesn't have that) we bought a while back. 

Unfortunately because it's made to order, the delivery time is sixteen whole weeks! Only thirteen to go.. haha

New in nude

Last week I finally got these beauties delivered to me. Nude patent platform open toe heels with a bow. Boy have I been searching for these (they are only available in the straight heel, which I don't like)! 

Eventually I ended up ordering them from Italy. Perfect to look glam on nights out in the Summer, and also for the upcoming wedding we're going to in a few weeks.
