Life lately

Carrot juice is a favourite with Scarlett Grace- this time it was given to her for free as the waiter in restaurant loved her and her curls #ProudMummy

Navy blazer with golden buttons - Nautical but nice ;-)
The sheer joy of being able to tie your daughter's hair in to a ponytail! Cuteness overload

After Taekwondo, piano lesson and homework - yoghurt (or "yoggi" as he says in Swedish) is the chosen treat by Sean

Marylebone station about to board the train to Amersham. Kids prepared and ready for a sleepover at Grandma's

Brunch bunch #NaturalKitchen

LCHF for mummy - obviously!

Joys of motherhood is enlightened when your child insists on sitting on your lap

A floral bomber jacket is the shizz in the fashion world right now, and who am I to deny that lol?!

St Christopher's place is always a good idea!
Entertaining Mum's friend who's visiting from Sweden.

Cavendish Square - a green oases in central London, strolling through on the way back from shopping on Oxford Street

Flashback Friday

My glossy posse!
 (Andrea, Kat and Gerry)

Summerhouse restaurant is very picturesque as it's located right on the canal in Little Venice
We had oysters, prawns and lemon sole accompanied with bubbles and wine

We were the last ones to leave the restaurant lol - Needless to say it's waterside dining at it's best :-)

Early May Bank Holiday

Beautiful surrounds in central London
- I got up at 7am this morning, had a Nespresso coffee and headed out for a run
I opted for the Low Carb option for lunch at Bill's on Baker Street - the "Naked Burger"
Adding cheese and bacon too really makes it LCHF and it was delish - Little Madam however is not cutting out on the carbs, and had a sausage sandwich :-)
Walking past this flag is always a nice reminder that we live in London's "Little Sweden"!

Nxt stop; "kaffe kaka"(coffee and a cake in Swedish) which Scarlett Grace says when she sees Starbucks lol
Rounding off the May day holiday by chilling out on the sofa watching family TV shows
