GoBoat

On the same day as the Marylebone Fayre, we also spent 1 hour (would have done two but all booked up) with the family on GoBoat - and what an outstanding experience that was! First we had a tutorial on how to drive the boat, life jackets for the kids and off we went.

We cruised on the Grand Union Canal from Paddington to Little Venice and back - in the middle of London, so peaceful to be at water level and as well as getting an insight into the life of London's narrowboat house boat communities.

The set up was really good too with a table in the middle for a picnic. At £80 an hour it doesn't come cheap but it's definitely an experience we'd do again!
