Happy 1st birthday!

As i post this, the clock is only a couple of hours away from striking 10pm...

...which is when 12 months ago to this day, I was rushed in to delivery theatre at the Lindo Wing maternity hospital...

.....and where I had an emergency C-section after nearly 24 hours in labour

and I became a Mum to a beautiful tiny baby daughter..and tears of joy streamed down my face

Today we went to Benihana to celebrate the first year our little munchkin 

Benihana is a fun and high energy Japanese steak house and sushi restaurant  

.. which is located in Mayfair, just off Picadilly

and serves top notch fresh yummy dishes (beef in above pic)

 Juggling knives proved very entertaining for the big kids as well as the little ones!

 What a difference 12 months makes - one year ago just arriving in the world and today sitting up having lunch (with chop sticks LOL!)

1 year today my darling - a great milestone in your life (dont look so worried!) - we love you unconditionally xxx

Our Sunday in Mayfair and Benihana

On Sunday the bday celebrations continued and we strolled through Mayfair to the Japanese steakhouse Benihana, as it's become somewhat of a tradition  - Now 5 years and counting!

 Treated kids to their favourite restaurant Benihana in Mayfair, and as always we leave there with full bellies and gush about how much we love the whole culinary experience with terrific food and entertainment by the chef.

TENTH JANUARY 2023 -

My baby girl turned 9 and for the ninth year in a row we celebrated her in Benihana, she face timed with uncle Henke, Grandad and Grandma, and she got her grafitti print jumper that she really wanted! (H&M £10 - blessing she's not in to brands like big bro haha!)

Our family lunch the other day at the kids' favourite restaurant in London (with a pit stop at Starbucks) - And as per usual it ended in a food coma for all of us lol.
