First gymnastics class

Scarlett Grace has been going on and on about gymnastics lately and does a hand and head stand, the splits and cart wheeling constantly at home, so I thought it's time to take her to a class.
 On Saturday afternoon I took her to Little Gym in Westfield Shopping centre. At £24 a class (and £40 membership fee), it doesn't come cheap but it's the only one nearby with a time and day that suits us and for her age group. It lasted one hour and she absolutely loved it. On a waiting list now to start permanently so watch this space. 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

Low carb snack

Last night's snack (hallumi fried in coconut oil with cherry tomatoes) wasn't at all appreciated by one particular family member lol!

Little things in life

Life can often be 100 miles per hour with work, kids, school, travel and the general pace of everything these days. So it's so nice sometimes to curl up on the sofa with some take away food and a great family movie. Last night we watched the old school Jumanji, Robin Williams version.  

One day we'll all look back and realise that the little things in life, were in fact, the big things.
