Motherhood

As the capital was blessed with lovely sunshine yesterday, we went to Regents Park with a friend and her baby.
Yet again we fed the ducks (guessing that will be a part of our daily routine when weather allows, as the Summer is approaching) followed by an outdoor lunch in one of the park's restaurants.

Ah bless, he looks like a little man! He seems to be walking as if though he has been walking for months :).

Hi there Catherina! Greetings from Norway =) I must say, i really enjoy reading your blog and looking at the pictures of your beautiful baby boy. Just wondering if you have any travelling tips to share when travelling with your little man. As you know, travelling with a young one can be a disaster if not well-prepared! LOL!

Caroline; I know, he does look like a little man, haha. Re the walking; this skill is now mastered very well by him as you noticed on the photo :-0

Diana:
Hello Norway, and welcome to my blog! :-) Thanks for your sweet comment. Very pleased indeed that my family life here in London is of interest to you LOL

Regarding travelling with my little one, yes it can be a terrifying prospect, so here are a few things that I've picked up along the way since becomming a Mum:

-Have a rucksack packed with tiny toys and small snacks, and produce something new on a regular basis. And don't forget disposable bibs.

I would normally buy a new toy for every journey. Then I will start off using the usual distractions until my son's patience runs out, then out comes the new toy and he's happy again! :-)

Last but not least, once they are no longer crawling, all they want to do is to walk around, so bring a set of reins or a harness, so that you can let him/her walk around the terminal - but still keep them close at hand.

Hope you find it a little useful.

Milouk; yes indeed, den kommer i rosa ocksa sa jag kunde inte lata bli att kopa en av varje :-)
