Bby Bear still hadn't opened his bowels yesterday (the 15th day!) so again, we went to the doctor. She said that it's very unusual for babies who are breastfed to be constipated... So what is wrong with my milk then? Why is it constipating my baby? She prescribed suppositories called Glycerol to put up his little bum (aaaaw sorry Baby Bear... ) which we did once we got back home.
Within 15 minutes he farted so loud that both me and Bear burst out in laughter and then both agreed that we needed gas mask to protect us from the smell! :-) Thankfully turned out to be more than just trapped wind and to my delight he had finally produced a very messy nappy - I never thought I would be so happy to see baby poo! So hopefully all is now well with Sean, but we will be monitoring his progress closely.
Attaching a few pictures from New Years Eve when Bear and I took Sean to the Hyde Park fun fair. As we were very limited with choices of what to do now as he is so little, we thought it would be perfect for a festive day out as it has a wide range of fairground rides and attractions for both children and adults to enjoy, and in the open air.
We decided to go on the "mini version" of The London Eye with panoramic views over London. As it was the coldest New Year in London for 10 years, we also popped in to the German themed pub which had been set up within the fairground to heat up with some warm mulled wine and Bear also had a pint of beer and a shot of Jaegermeister.
