This shows just how tricky words Scarlett Grace is learning in year 1.

The Fab Four

Last Monday in February Kat was over from Dubai so inevitably 'The Fab Four' got together for a girls night out. Andrea came round to mine for pre drinks, we then all met up for dinner at Cecconi's followed by late night cocktails at Sexy Fish.

Friday Family Dinner

On Friday after school we strolled down to town and had dinner at Busaba near Selfridges, where we had delicious Thai food and beer.

Brunch in Primrose Hill

Yesterday I strolled through Regents Park over to Primrose Hill where I met Andrea and had this year's first al fresco brunch in the sunshine - Gorgeous Spring day it was, and realising that the Magnolia flower buds have already started to bloom made me very happy!

Six nights in The Big Apple - 2020

First drink in six weeks for both of us, much anticipated!

A little duty free shopping before take off (cheaper than buying in New York!)

Pre flight indulgence in the Concorde Lounge with the free flowing Laurent Perrier Grand Siecle being the highlight after our long detox
We thankfully got a few hours sleep of the 8 hour long flight

Not long after arriving in the Big Apple our dear friend Echo and wifey Violeta came over to our hotel

After lots of hugs, kisses and a proper catch up we headed out to Manhattan's hotspot, Paradise Club at the Edition Hotel Times Square

I kid you not when we walked past at least 50 people in the queue thanks to Echo. It has a fab vibe (little like the Box with performers, but much better) and an amazing outside smoking terrace in the middle of all the skyscrapers

Afterwards we met up with Ryan (known from Netflix series Pose) and went for drinkies and serious talks lol at his friends apartment.
The first morning we popped out for breakfast at a place we went last year and really liked (dont remember name)

And went for a long stroll starting with Central Park
You never tire of looking up in New York City
or laughing at Monster trucks driving past

We had a corner suit at the newly renovated Conrad Midtown where we' ve decided to go back to again.

We woke up to this view every morning which was incredible
We discovered a new fave restaurant recommended by one of Bear's client. Milo's in Midtown where we went not just once but two evenings. The Saturday night there was absolutely. buzzing and food amazing. We really loved that place!
Well and truly spoilt with our fab room and it's spectacular views

One afternoon we went to PJ Clarkes by The Hudson  (another recommendation) and grabbed a spot outside in the amazingly and unusually warm weather,
Right by the financial district, an ice rink and the river, we stayed drinking cocktails outdoors till the sun went down - simply unbelievable
And lots not forget the views of the Statue of Liberty - what an afternoon that was!

Another night and another visit to Paradise where the King Of New York (as we call Echo) secured us a table in the super busy club

New York State of Mind
New York and all that jazz! The joy of finding a bar with live music in the middle of the day.
Being a new parent and partying can be tough lol, Echo snoozed on our sofa one evening bless him!
One month old Noel came out to dine with us one evening. Violeta was bursting with pride and I couldn't stop sniffing her head!
Taxi to JFK pls! And so that was a wrap, 6 nights later.  Until next time NYC!
