Yesterday I headed out for lunch with my girl..

..and my boy too of course..

.. for a delicious roast with all the trimmings - Our first day back in the capital and it graced us with beautiful sunshine 💛

He also went with Alan to watch Sean practise football with his team Regents Park FC (he plays 3 hours every Saturday morning!)

Yesterday evening I had Ama, Mum, Erik and John over.

We warmed up with some wine, then left Bear to look after the kids...

Then headed over to the Marylebone gastro pub Grazing Goat where we had nibbles, more drinks, engaged in discussions and shared many laughs.

Appreciating these moments with my family and friends. On a regular Tuesday. Just because! 😝

Seven days in March

Spring has sprung in London town!

Bear's Dad on a flying visit from Scotland to meet his granddaughter, his 8th grandchild (and still counting!)

 Wherever he has lunch, chicken nuggets and chips and peas always seem to be on his menu!
